Introduction
My name is Chijide Emmanuel popularly known as Realman on the Mix (RM) .
Realman is a musical Artists/Sound engineer. He Started his carrier in
the 90's. He joined the Jezic Nszarite Band and later formed his band
The 3Angles.
A brief History/ Biography
In 2000 Realman and the 3Angles Band performed at the
Nigerian peace Festival in National Theater Igamu Lagos. They also
performed in 2001 at the Delfest ( Delta State Festival of Arts and
Culture). As a sound engineer, Realman has recorded, mixed and master
for some Musical artist including p-square, Jmartins, Olu maintain/ Femi
Kuti, Mike Okri/Omawumi, Orise FEMI/ Malaika, Olu maintain, Victor
Essiet and the Mandators, Seun Kuti, Beautiful Nubia, Orits Williki/
Raskimono, Obesere /9ice and many more Nigerian's upcoming artist.
Former projects
Realman and his band realieased an album titled Rastaman Consciousness.
Realman later went solo and realeased his first album titled Expectation
where he featured the veteran reggae artist Pupa Orits Williki.
Current projects
Realman recently completed the recording of his hit single titled fight
the fight currently playing on radio with a video on the way.
Most challages situation
The challenge between managing myself as an artist and working for other
artist as a sound engineer and at the same time managing a big studio
such as Hope Studios.
Happiest Moments in Life
The very first day stepping into the studio to record my song with the
band. Prior to the recording they said, will anything good come out of
Nazareth? But Jah prove to the babylon that he's always with us (
Emmanuel) .
Giving Back to Society
Realman has a class where he teaches and train upcoming engineers Classic Audio Technical Engenering Class (CATEC).
How other artist can give back to the society
Artist must first know that they are role models many look up to them .
The artist must first have something before he/she can give back to the society. Let the artist get themselves equipped with positive words. for a workman that needed not be ashamed must study to show himself approved rightly dividing the word of truth 2Tim chapt.2 vs 15. We have some lazy artist without contents, they are just busy promoting promiscuity instead of breeding a better society with positive future, and its really effecting the youths. Just take a look at our youths, some are into yahoo, prostitution, rituals, drugs and Cultism just to get rich over night, and this is propelled by what they are hearing and seeing. I hope you are getting where am driving to? So giving back means you must be positively loaded with good works and thoughts (positive Vibes) thereby you can be able to give back to the society.
